What your site does is up to you.

It can sell online, take bookings, receive quote requests, show your work or get you found on Google. It can also do something else: tell us, and we’ll draw it.

For example, what your customers do on it

A shop
They order online and pick it up in the shop
A craftsman, a garage
They call you or ask for a quote
A bakery
They order a cake for a given day
A photographer
They see your photos large and book a shoot
A caterer
They read your menu and ask for a quote
An association
They see the next events and sign up

The price comes after the mockup.

No ready-made packages. You get the price in writing once you’ve seen your mockup, and you decide then.

The method

From your first message to your site, in five steps.

You pay nothing before you’ve seen the mockup and read the quote, and only if you say yes.

  1. You tell us what you do

A message, a call or the form below. Your business name is enough to start; your Google listing, your Instagram or your current site help.

    Two minutes
  2. We design your mockup

It’s the plan of your site: we take your colours, your products and the way you work, and draw it page by page. We don’t start from a template.

    Free
  3. You see it on your phone and computer

We send it to you and go through it together by phone or video call, or in person in Paris and the inner suburbs. You see what your site will look like, page by page, and tell us what to change.

    No commitment
  4. You say yes, we build it

You get a clear written quote. Once you agree, we build the site: the pages, the payments or bookings, the tests with you, then it goes live at its own address, like your-name.com.

    Your domain, in your name
  5. We look after it

We keep the site online, secure and up to date. To change opening hours or a price, you just send us a message.

    Day to day

Four made-up shops, to try for real.

They don’t exist: we invented them to show the kind of site we build. You can try everything, from the order to the message the shop receives, and nothing is charged. Yours will be designed for your business, whether you have a shop or not.

Questions we’re often asked.

Another question? Call us or send a WhatsApp message, we’ll answer you directly.

Is the mockup really free?

Yes. You don’t pay anything for it, you don’t sign anything and we don’t ask for your card. The mockup is the plan of your site: it shows you what we’d make for you. Why free? Because a site is judged by seeing it, and a mockup proves better than any promise that we’ve understood what you do. If you don’t like it, you’ve lost nothing, you owe us nothing, and we leave it there.

Do you only work with shops?

No. The examples are shops because that’s where we started. A practice, a craftsman or a company doesn’t need what a florist needs: inspiring trust, showing references, receiving quote or appointment requests, hiring. Your mockup is drawn for that, not adapted from a shop’s site. It’s free: you judge on the evidence.

I’m not in Paris. Do you work with me?

Yes. Everything can be done remotely: you write to us or call us, the mockup arrives on your phone, we go through it together by phone or video call, and the quote comes in writing. You don’t need to meet us to judge our work: you see it before you pay. In Paris and the inner suburbs, we can also come and show it to you, in your shop, workshop or office.

I already take bookings on Planity or Doctolib. What would a site add?

You keep your booking tool: the "Book" button on your site opens your Planity or Doctolib page, and your customers book as before. On a platform, you’re one listing in the same format as everyone else. Your site carries your name, is linked to your Google listing and tells people about your work in your own words and photos: your team, your gift cards, a page to recruit. If you change tools one day, we change the button’s link.

My bookings go through TheFork. What would a site add?

On your own site, bookings come straight to you, with no fee per cover, and the customer’s number stays with you. You can keep TheFork alongside it and see for yourself what each one brings in.

I run a hotel or a B&B and depend on Booking and Airbnb. What can you do?

A site of your own, with your rooms, your photos and your rates, and a way to book directly without a platform commission. For a B&B we can start simply: the guest sends a stay request (dates, number of people), it reaches your phone and you confirm as you do today. Whether to link a calendar or take a deposit online is decided in the quote, once you’ve seen it in the mockup. You keep your platforms: the site adds to them, it doesn’t replace them.

My trade has its own rules (professional body, insurance, labels). Will the site follow them?

We look at them with you before drawing anything. Every site has legal notices in your name, a GDPR-compliant form and no advertising cookies. Then each trade has its own: a restaurant, a caterer or a bakery lists the 14 allergens; a builder can show their ten-year insurance and their RGE label only with a valid certificate; a lawyer names three practice areas at most and never a client; a health professional shows neither patient reviews nor promised results; a site that sells to individuals shows its terms of sale, the right of withdrawal and the consumer mediator. We only display what you give us, and we list what you should have checked by your professional body or your insurer.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on what the site does: a site that presents your business costs less than one that takes orders and payments. That’s why every site has its own quote. You get it in writing after seeing your mockup, before deciding anything. Have a budget in mind? Say so in the form: we’ll design within it, or tell you plainly if it can’t be done.

Why aren’t your prices on the site?

Because a figure given before we’ve seen what you do would be a figure picked at random. We’d rather show you the mockup first, then give you the exact price, in writing, before you decide anything.

I could build my site myself with Shopify or a monthly tool. Why go through you?

You can, and for some shops it’s the right choice. With us, the site is drawn for your business instead of adapted from a template, it belongs to you (the domain too, and we hand over the files if you leave), and we keep it online and up to date while you run your shop. If you compare with a monthly subscription, compare over several years, options and commissions included. Our quote is there for that, and if a ready-made tool is enough for you, we’ll say so.

Can I add my products myself?

If you want to, yes: we can plan a simple space to add a product or change a price, and it goes in your quote. Otherwise you send us the photo and the price by message and we put it online.

My customers already call me. Do I need a site?

Maybe not for those who already know you. A site is mostly for those who don’t yet: they search for your trade and your town, look at your hours, your address and what you do, then call you. If your diary is full and you’re not looking for new customers, we’ll tell you so, and if a well-filled Google listing is enough for your trade, we’ll tell you that too.

What do you need from me?

Your business name is enough to start. A link to your Google listing, your Instagram or your current site helps us use your real colours and products. Later, if you go ahead, your photos and the information you want on the site.

How long does it take?

The mockup takes a few days. Once you say yes, we build the site, and a simple site takes less time than one with online orders or bookings. If you have a date to meet (Christmas, the new season, an event), tell us in the form: if it can’t be done, we’ll tell you before you sign, not after. The dates are written in your quote.

Can my site take orders, payments or bookings?

Yes: online shop, click & collect, delivery slots, table, room or appointment bookings. If nobody can prepare parcels, start with click & collect: customers reserve online and pay in the shop.

I already have Instagram, a Google listing or a shop on a marketplace. Why a website?

Keep them, they bring people in. The site is for those who don’t follow you: they arrive from your Google listing, click, and find your current menu or prices, your hours, your address and a button to call you, with no account to create. It belongs to you: a social network can change its rules, your site doesn’t, and a sale made on it pays no commission to a marketplace.

Can I change things after launch?

Yes, and small changes are included in your site’s monthly subscription. Opening hours, prices, photos, a closure notice: send us a message and we update it. Bigger additions, like a new page or a booking system, get their own quote.

Who owns the site and the domain name?

You do: you bought it. The domain name, meaning your site’s address (your-name.com), is registered in your name. The monthly subscription (hosting, domain, updates, small changes) has no minimum term: you tell us when you want to stop, we cancel it and hand over your site’s files, code and content included.

Do my photos and texts stay mine?

Yes. We use them for your mockup and your site, nothing else, and we delete them if you ask.

Will people find me on Google?

Every site we make is fast, readable by search engines and linked to your Google listing. Nobody can honestly promise first place: the rest depends on the competition around you. If you already have a site, we keep your address and redirect the old pages, so you don’t lose your place.

Can my site be in French and English?

Yes, or in other languages. It helps if some of your customers don’t speak French. Like everything else, it goes in your quote.

Do you only make websites?

Websites are our main craft. We also build custom software, for example a tool for your team or a customer area. Tell us about it below.

It takes two minutes. We look at what you do and draw your mockup, and you decide once you’ve seen it.

  1. We look at what you do and get back to you the way you chose.
  2. Your mockup arrives in a few days: a link to open on your phone or tablet, nothing to install. In Paris and the inner suburbs, we can also come and show it to you.
