A few examples · we draw for every trade
What a restaurant’s site does for you.
Rather take bookings by phone? An up-to-date menu and a button to call you are enough to start.
- The menu
- Online, and the daily specials change with a photo of the blackboard or a message
- Bookings
- Day, time, number of guests
- Your services
- You decide what opens online, and it closes by itself during your holidays
- Allergens
- The 14 regulated allergens, dish by dish
- Groups
- Private hire, with a request that asks the right questions: date, headcount, budget, menu
- In English
- For tourists looking for somewhere to eat tonight
Your sketch is at the top of the page.
It’s drawn for a restaurant, with the menu and the booking form, and it redraws itself for you. To see finished sites, we imagined four fictional shops: they’re on the home page.
- Type your restaurant’s name under the sketch
- Switch between computer and phone
- On the home page, try booking and payment in the fictional shops
The questions restaurant owners ask themselves.
And for everything else, the general questions.
My chalkboard changes every day. How does the site keep up?
Send us the day’s chalkboard as a photo or a message, and we put it online. Today’s menu has its own spot on the site, so the rest of the menu stays as it is.
I’m already on a booking platform. Why my own site?
Platforms bring in guests, but they often charge per cover and hold on to the guest’s details. On your own site, bookings come straight to you, with no commission, and the guest’s contact stays with you. Nothing stops you using both.
Can I handle groups and private hire online?
Yes. We set with you the largest table that can be booked straight online. Above that, guests send a group request, which you accept or not. For private hire, you can ask for a deposit online, into a payment account in your name.
Can the site show allergens?
Yes. You tell us the allergens in each dish, among the 14 listed by the regulations, and the site shows them next to the dish, in French and in English. When the menu changes, send them along with it.
How much does a restaurant website cost?
It mostly depends on online booking, group requests and the English version. You get a written quote after seeing your mockup, before deciding anything.
No rental contract: the site and its address belong to you. Ensia is a registered company, SIREN 999 529 159. A question? Call us on 07 56 93 64 33, you’ll talk to us directly.
